Problem:

The intricate nature of Misinformation demanded that our team delve deeper into the complexities of human cognition.

Research:

Through extensive primary and secondary research, interviews, and user journey maps, we understood that solutions must operate within the framework of individuals' lived human experiences. Exploring the psychology of misinformation gleaned our most valuable insights.

Findings:

It revealed that an individual's perception of reality and willingness to embrace alternative viewpoints are deeply intertwined with the concept of "lived truth." This highlights the importance of approaching solutions from a nuanced perspective that accounts for the complex interplay between cognitive processes and individual experiences.
